 China continues to invest heavily in the development of its nationwide power grid, with 15% CAGR

 forecast for 2009-2011. Creat seeks investment targets with:

Agriculture

 Creat has focused both on export markets and the Chinese domestic market. Our investment

 success has been built on:

         -Bringing technological advancement to rural areas

         -Emphasising operational efficiency


Healthcare/Pharmacy

 Growth in healthcare expenditure in China significantly exceeds GDP growth. Creat's investments

 have capitalised on:

         -High regulatory barriers to entry

         -China's increasing emphasis on quality


Finance

 Creat Group management has a strong financial sector background. Investments in this sector tend

 to be passive, recognising the high capital value of investee companies.

 Creat was an early shareholder in Minsheng Bank, now one of China's largest.


Mineral Resources

 Creat has taken a positive view on long term resource prices.

 2005-07: Focus on domestic mineral resources, zinc, lead, tungsten, molybdenum and gold.

 2007-08: Acquisition of 70% stake in AIM-listed mining company Zeehan Zinc (ZZL)

 2010: Acquisition of 19.9% stake in ASX-listed Galaxy Resources (GXY), focused on lithium mining

 in Western Australia and planned carbonate project in Jiangsu Province


Real Estate

 Focus on acquisition of low-priced Government land, to construct mixed commercial and residential

 blocks. In 2006, Creat Group established an in-house real estate department.
